you don't have a bird rescue in the area, I know along the gulf coast in FL you can call an they will send someone out to get the bird, I have found 2 injured birds this year an they came right out to get them, both times there were lifeguards near by an they made the call for me( didn't know the # ) but in your case it looks pretty deserted there.
