Hi Cheese,

Here is a marble I found today and it looks different than the others that I have found in the past. It’s in good shape but the blue looks like it’s on the surface of the marble and also part of the marble (not a paint)? Does this one have any value? How old might this one be?

Congrats, the marble looks 60's.Just my opinion. :icon_thumright:

Nice marble find. Congrats

I love finding those little suckers!! I’d say 60’s as well, but I just like finding them no expert.

That's a Peltier Rainbo. I don't think there are exact dates pertaining to the production of their later rainbos but I think mid 40s or so and on for the next 20 years or so.

Thanks Cheese.

I'm learning about marbles. Are there any good reference books on marbles that you can recommend?

Marble Mania and American Machine Made Marbles are two of my favorites. Careful, yer gonna get hooked :D !

Thanks again
