I haven't done much gold prospecting & my friends friend lol is selling his fisher gold bug m-scope any opinions on it & would it b worth picking it up at $220. I got a trip coming up to Colorado I got a couple other machines but was thinking on a dedicated gold machine so just see in what u guys thoughts were. thanks

OLD and parts/service gettn' tough as vendors who manufacture the old electronics are/have discontinued some components. GB 2 or GB Pro much more better. Decent unit,one of the best for years but technology marches on, but concerns----John

Tesoro Lobo Super Traq would be my pick as has a disc program,alkali,all metal fast reground balance,built TOUGH. No I retired from resale so not hype to pick your pocket just honest opinion to get the most bang for your buck as then beaches,coins,relics also capabilities rock!!John
