Opinions on possible speared bison

I think I finally found a speared bison nickel CRHing. Here are a few pics. I'd like to hear some opinions. First I thought it was just a scratch but under the loupe it looked like it had extra material rather than a gouge.

Nice pic on the right...never heard of one of these before. Sounds legit. Cool find.
 
Definite looks like a cracked die. Never seen that variety so you may have something very special there.
 
I've done a little reading and I guess this die crack variety would be referred to as the "wounded bison" or "speared in the rear" type. The actual "speared bison" has the die crack running completely through the bisons mid section. I read that some feel these are worthless errors and such that is why I'm looking for opinions.
 
It looks like the pictures I saw when I did research on this error. I think you have found one. I agree that it is not the standard one that goes through the middle but there was a couple of varieties with spears going through the rump or rear leg. Nice find!
