Oregon P L A M Enamel Fraternal Pin

This pin came in a nice lether like 2 1/2" X 3 1/2" case. Inside was a tag marked circ 1910. I'd like more info on it. its brasss I think, the bar is 1/4x1" with ball clasp pin on back and the 8 pointed star measures 1" point to point. Its enameled probably on brass. It does not have any marks on the reverse. Appreciate any info.
