My son and I have started a hobby that I left off 30 years ago, but always had in my mind. He received a MD from his Aunt and Uncle and found a horseshoe, pennies and a window weight. Collecting at Calvert Cliffs resulted in numerous shark teeth and alot of fun. Hope to post a Megalodon tooth soon!!!

Woo hoo I get to be the first one to say welcome to the forum and also great finds. I love hunting with my kids, my 2 y/o has his own little detector.

You have found some really cool stuff. I love to look at all the sharks teeth people find.

Good job!! ;D

Dude, I've been to calvert cliffs many, many times. There are slim chances that you will find a megaladon tooth. The biggest one I have found there was only two inches long. Scientists cliffs would be a better spot to try. Private beaches around there also give off a lot of big sharks teeth. There is not much to find on the beaches here with a metal detector though. Good luck.
k.k.
