You got to put some aluminum foil on top of that turkey at least an hour or two before you take it out.
Keeps the top from Burning.
Otherwise looks good, I probably would of went with some Kings Hawaiian rolls though.
Maybe some greens,
The Green Bean Caserol is kind of a Thanksgiving Day tradition, Now
🤣

They both were in the smoker – a duck and a turkey. They aren't burned.

So What was the Total Spread?
I always prefer Oven Roast, Only way to get the Stuffing right. The Stuffing is almost as important as the Turkey on thanksgiving. You F*ck up the stuffing you f*ck up Thanksgiving.
😄
But looks good, I wouldn't trade my stuffing recipe for all of Captain Kidds Gold
🤗
Might as well put it in a Fryer and Burn down the Fricken house.

Yeah ,, The stuffing is a critical part... Mine turns out great in the smoker! Mine is made with freshly baked cornbread, celery, onions, sage, pepper, butter, and eggs. I make a killer sauerkraut, too. Even the people who don't like sauerkraut like mine.

Yeah, You can always tell how good your stuffing is by how many times people ask for more, and how many times you have to go to the Turkey to get more. I kind of like the Kings Hawaiian for sanwhiches the next day, a little of that smooth stuffing and a slab of Turkey on a couple dinner rolls you were set for the day. Somehing about that combo of flavors. Perfection.

That duck looks perfect.👍🏼
yeah, that duck does look good.
Here is a good recipe
It's a Cranberry Jello dish
Sets off the Turkey, it;s good contrast dish
I love a good Cranberry Jello salad at thanksgiving

Yeah, I don't know what it is about The Cranberry Jello Salad, I probably would not eat it any time but Thanksgiving but it just works. Maybe Winter is setting in and the body is calling for some Extra Vitamin C? Primordial? trying to ward off Scury to make it through Winter? It's Somethin.
