Yeah ,, The stuffing is a critical part... Mine turns out great in the smoker! Mine is made with freshly baked cornbread, celery, onions, sage, pepper, butter, and eggs. I make a killer sauerkraut, too. Even the people who don't like sauerkraut like mine.So What was the Total Spread?
I always prefer Oven Roast, Only way to get the Stuffing right. The Stuffing is almost as important as the Turkey on thanksgiving. You F*ck up the stuffing you f*ck up Thanksgiving.

Yeah, You can always tell how good your stuffing is by how many times people ask for more, and how many times you have to go to the Turkey to get more. I kind of like the Kings Hawaiian for sanwhiches the next day, a little of that smooth stuffing and a slab of Turkey on a couple dinner rolls you were set for the day.
