Thanks, if you're sneaky enough you might get it in the water.
In the gift shop on the American side there was a picture & story of a little boy who was in a boating
accident upstream, everyone was rescued but him & he went over just wearing a life jacket, the folks on
the 'maid of the mist' saw him swimming frantically, & screaming, & they went over & rescued him.
I think it was in the 60's, (lucky boy).

We found a covered bridge up here in Livingston Manor, NY while we were shopping for ice cream for Thanksgiving desert. Abby took a couple good shots with her new camera. Here's the best few...

Great looking 'Old bridge", I think I've seen this one on a t.v. show.
There are some great places to visit in that area, & Welcome to Treasure-Net, Yankee JG.

It's an amazing sight, the mist at the 'Horseshoe falls', on the Canada side has so much mist it's hard to
see the falls almost.

Great pictures Fossis....looks like you packed a ton of fun in to those 8 days. I really like covered bridges but there are not that many out west.
There is one about 45 minutes from my home and it happens to be the longest covered bridge west of the Mississippi. It is located at Knight's Ferry CA.
