I tell you what, I don’t know how you folks live down there. I went to school for awhile at Louisiana tech and I remember being a my aunt’s where it was 108 in the shade. I did my mobilization training in Mississippi in July of 06 and I just wanted to die. I’ll take the 120 dry heat of Iraq any day over southern US humidity.

Louisiana/Mississippi are the left and right armpits of America......but our winters are awesome 68-72 and we detect all year around. But damn this summer here has been BRUTAL.

Thank you OZARKS. He’s renovating the whole house and keeping all the patina on the outside which I think is wonderful. In the last month and a half I’ve found 2 half dimes in great condition a half real in AU. Amazing. I met the guy who detected the property with a Etrac for 15 years and found everything (amazing stuff) except half decimal coins and he said he KNOWS they have to be there. I found 3 he bought a 800 lol
