On Wednesday I decided to take the day off of work and try something new so I went to some storage locker auction bidding on three for $85. at first I didn't think I was going to get anything good to 90% of it was junk and then I came across the sterling silver bracelet and 18 karat gold(pics later) an Xbox or Wii a couple computers and this old couch. Does anyone think that this couch is worth saving or just junk any insights on the year

The couch spends on the condition of the frame. My friend had a similar one and had it redone. Granted his father was an upholster and it just cost materials. A used furniture or an upholster may want it. But what they would offer my not be worth your energy.

It has that Victorian look.

It looks like a decent piece to me. If not and it ends up junk, make sure and cut out the matting underneath to check for stuff lost cos it looks old.

From your pix I would say that couch is worth saving & redoing! It does not look like a cheap piece of junk too me. If the frame is good I would imagine redoing it would be in your best interest! Like MT Joe said... it looks Victorian!

Here's the picture of the bracelet and some other items I found in the locker some gold filled watches A couple of pocketknives and two lighters and a Star Trek medallion. Thanks for the replies on the couch I'm trying to go down to an antique shop and see what they think about it and try to find upholstery shop to see how much they would charge to repost It the frame has a little bit of damage but looks like it's fixable.

Konstantino is up there with David Yurman in terms of desirability. You have around $500 in that bracelet.

One more thing I forgot a drum top signed if anyone can make out the signature.

The drum top may be MIKE PORTNOY of Dream Theater.

Love the bracelet!

I'll second that's a Mike Portnoy signature - DT would stand for Dream Theater. I went to double check and he left DT in 2010, and has moved on to other projects. Probably pretty collectible - DT fans are a pretty serious bunch.

You got 3 storage units for $85.00?

Yes one for $75 and 2 for $5 each and one of them I paid $5 for I got the best things out of.

Interestingly old pocket knives don't seem to do very good unless they are Case xx. But that Barlow might catch someone's eye. They have a small and faithful following .
