Outhouse pit, mining town bottles and ore bucket frame!

[diggingthe1]

My son and I dug a nice outhouse pit! A couple Cripple Creek local medicines, eye water, fig syrup, and a cool ore bucket frame. I think the wood ones are rare. Maybe this was for a smaller hand hoist operation.

Bottle bonanza for sure. I'm thinking how I'd reperpose that ore bucket frame.

Thanks Tamrock. It would be great to find someone to restore it. I might just use it as a display frame

Nice stuff up there!

Hey very nice bottles Glad to see someone is still digging and posting some things they have uncovered

Welll dug on the glass.
The celery bitters label is really cool.
Looking at your post up of those bottles makes me want to get the probe together.

We went back today and dug the one next to it. Nothing and then a real keeper for around here. The Palace Pharmacy is a iconic building around here. Haunted also!

It's great to get local embossed bottles.

Nice !!! congrats on the half ounce and the four ounce G.R. slope shoulders !!!! love the Bitters label !!! About 20 or so years ago, I dug the exact same ore bucket frame, a guy offered me $40 and I took It

A big CONGRATS on the Palace Pharmacy !!!!!!!!!! Is it your first ? they have been elusive for me, only found 2 in 40 years.

We need to get out digging soon, before it gets cold. Jed dug the Palace. Only good one down in a pit!! I've dug one, they sure are a good bottle for the district. We scored an incredible permission but had to sign waivers. I'm sure there are some good things to be had!! Thanks!!!
