I use the 40's pendot maps often to find Picnic Groves, Ball Fields,
defunct public swimming pools, Schools, Etc.

Any chance of updated links? I can find 1860s maps but nothing from early 1900s.

Thanks Jeff!

This is the site ive been using, scroll down a little bit to County Maps and Atlases. It has all mid 1800 maps as far as I can tell, but nothing from 1900s. https://www.phmc.pa.gov/Archives/Research-Online/Pages/Maps.aspx

Do you have a link for the pendot 1940s maps you mentioned? How were you finding picnic groves etc?

Thanks and HH
