Packing on some weight!

Well I finally went to the beach, I got a silver dime so I can't complain. Also, I found some strange rock that has metal in it. I'm not sure what kind but I put up some macro shots of it take a look.
Also one of the weights had "NTED" printed on it. Does anyone know what the rest could be?

Yeah I looked that up and it does seem to match, now the only thing I'm wondering is what the rock is made of.
