tuff to tell from pics but some of them can have value.

I would Guess if Painted it would be rough to the touch

& Smooth if prints

My guess either way the colorful one would catch some woman's eye

search Ebay for hand Fan there are all prices
also look real close for possible manufacturer name or location on yours

Where it bends it messes up the paint it must be real paint

Your picture is a little out of focus, but it appears to be lithographed. It's a brise fan, probably the 70s or later. Even if hand painted, probably not much value unless the sticks are some exotic material. Look at the images on the fan under at least 10X and see if they are splotchy or a series of geometrically arranged dots. If hand painted you will be able to see the brush strokes. If you're into collecting anything a loupe is a must have.
