This was painted with a mauve-ish color with thick paint. Brushed on.... I could see a little of the yellow-orange-ginger color on the lip where a little chip of paint came off. Paint remover Boom. 50 cents.

That’s really cool!! I looked it up just real quick and they go for $35-$45! Great job cleaning it up for a solid rescue.
