Palm Beach Nor'easter

Some heavy beach erosion over the past few days. Many beach staircases and back yards were washed away. And it must have blown every pull tab and bottle cap out to sea since I didn't hit even one in this mornings 3 hour hunt. Many old 60's and 70's coins unearthed:

That's good news for beach hunters...!! There's been so much sand for such a while now.....only finding fresh drops....which have been far and few between.
I finally got my CZ-20 fixed (had to put a new coil on it)....so I'm ready to hit the beaches again. Went to a park today locally and found the usual clad. Seems no one has really hunted this park either....finding quarters, dimes and pennies from the 60's. No silver yet.....but I bet there's some there.

I bet some good finds are being made right now on the Florida East coast...wont see many posts until the finds start drying up though.

Couple of friends in the area are doing quite well there. Sending lots of pics

Gota git it when its cutting

I was out a bit at lake worth/south palm beach area tonight and definitely found some older coins (70's, 80's) that had been in the ground a while.
