Park I've Been Hunting Finally Gives Up Silver

Got out three times in the last few days in between barbecues and Cubs games. Went to a Chicago north side park on Thursday night for an hour and found 2 wheaties– 1930 and 1933D. On Saturday morning I went to another north side park for a few hours hoping that it would give up silver to me after only finding wheaties there in the past. Finally found silver there with a 1935 Merc. Also found 7 wheaties –a 16D and the rest in the 30s and 40s. Went back to that park this morning for a few hours in another location and got an 18S Merc and 3 1940s wheaties.

Nice mercs PS! It's tough trying to find silver in the smaller NS parks. I've only managed some here and there, but not many. You've really got to work to get what the old timers missed in the 60's-80's! Congrats, they look great!
