Pay Pal USPS shipping label.

Can I get to usps through pay pal to ship a package. I want to print a label for a flat rate box for a non ebay item and don't want to sign up on usps for a one time shot unless I need to. Thanks for any info.

I didn't receive a payment though. Just want to send out a birthday present to my niece and didn't feel like hand writing a label. Guess I will either sign up at USPS so I can print one or hand wright. No biggi.
