Pearl Grandfather Clock Weird Tick

Hello Folks, So I recently bought a Pearl Grandfather clock. At this moment it does tick tock but it sounds a bit weird. 2nd It doesnt chime every quarter to the hour, Is this something I can fix? 3rd I am missing the screw that holds the 1st and 2nd hand into the clock. Where can I buy this screw and whats it called? Any advice is welcome.

1st - I noticed this was your very first post - so, Welcome Aboard mjii25! You didn't list your state (or country) in your profile. So, you might consider jumping over to Sub-Forums: Select Your Area.... and selecting location information (i.e., clubs, hunts, finds, legends, maps, etc.) directly related to your state (or country). You might also consider adding your state (or country) to your displayed profile (SETTINGS -> EDIT PROFILE) so if you ask a question, etc. - people may have more success helping you (your location may help, etc.)...
