Pendant Heart and Veins

So im not really sure what this is supposed to be for one. It looks to be a heart and veins. For two, what are the symbols to the left of the 925 stamp. On top of that, any idea what the 02 stands for to the right of the 925? The pendant is only about 1/2" tall and was found on a necklace chain.

Found it. Was able to match the engraved 2 letters to a CH on an old english font which led me to this link.
