🔎 UNIDENTIFIED Pendant?

I found this while detecting an old farm house. It's about 1 1/8 inch in diameter and appears to be made of tin(?). There are remnants of black paint on it and what used to be a simple wire pin on the back. There also appears to be a solder mark in the middle of the front. All opinions welcome. Thanks for looking

Brooch....Could be the solder mark on the front is from some sort of long lost embellishment. Like a non-precious stone etc.
