🔎 UNIDENTIFIED Any ideas?

Found this last week in Tennessee. It was bent and was able to flatten it out. It weighs 2.2 oz, 2 inch diameter and 1/8 inch thick. An arrow is visible on it along with some metal pin in the crack. Seems too ridge for lead.

Your find appears to be a horse-harness rosette, which was filled with solder, thus it is more "rigid" than lead. The iron wire showing through it in places is how it was attached to the leather. That type dates from the very-late 1700s into the 1860s, plus or minus a few years.

I forgot to mention, you said it is 2-inches in diameter, which is too large for a bale seal or similar seal.
