pennies hurt my feelings.

I get more pennies than most CRHrs. I usually go through between 200-300 $ a week. usually I find a good amount of Wheaties and Canadians in each box.

Last week, while making a few stops on my way home from class, i got three boxes from a local bank. as i opened them up, i was horrified to see the tops Of nearly half of the rolls were 2007.

ouch.

thinking it was a fluke, I tried a different bank and sure as hell, all of the pennies were 2007.

could it be because I have drained the local supply of boxes

I really hope not, I love my pennies.

I know for a fact I've used up all the hand-rolled pennies in my town. A teller brought me two boxes out yesterday, and they were all new pennies from the fed. One today was the same thing, so I had to go to the little bank in Walmart, where I did pretty good.
