A POWER Library eCard enables residents of Pennsylvania to access the e-resources (databases) provided in the POWER Library. The e-resources are licensed and/or purchased by the Office of Commonwealth Libraries, Department of Education, and are only for use by residents of Pennsylvania. Residents must register for an eCard by providing their name, e-mail, zip code, city, and respond to a few informational questions.
