Pennsylvania Frontier Diggings on a Beautiful Summer Day

KKC got out yesterday to a new cut field. The farmer gave us permission the day before.

Right after we pulled up to the site, I snapped this picture.

I then took a picture of Kirk and Chris next to the car. As you can tell, they were excited about what the field may hold!

Here Kirk and Chris are swinging with determination. The coppers and relics were dug in this area.

Well, long story short, I dug a corroded Draped Bust large cent in the high weed area of the field. The lady's nose and bust are somewhat noticeable in person. She ain't pretty, but she'll be added to the list with pride!

I think it great that you added scenery pics to the threads. I enjoyed this spot. It seemed that when the detector sang out then it was going to be an interesting next few minutes. I'm one copper closer to you K of CKK. ;D
