A banner is shown outside a suburban Denver coffee shop called Perky Cups on March 1, 2010 in Aurora, Colo. Officials say a bikini and the First Amendment provide enough coverage for the advertisment after Aurora City Council member Molly Market called the picture on the banner "degrading to women," but also saying it's legal.
