just bought a 2 in. highbanker, dredge combo, do I need a permit to use it in Oregon

Just received my permit in the mail today.
Contact the DEQ in Portland and they can get you one free of charge. I down loaded my off the computer and then just mailed it. Got it back in less than a week.
