peters target

I found a shotgun shell with "peters target 12 gauge" on it. I'm into guns and I'm familiar with most of the ammunition manufacturers. Any info would be appreciated.

Probably a trap or skeet load.

A headstamp site says its made 1887 to 1934 but I think they are more modern than that.
