How can it be sold, when the auction is in March?

When i did the scan it was a mystery button...i know what it is now but havent renamed the photo.

There is a guy on here that goes by Tom-in-Cal,he is pretty savvy on these.It can tell you exactly what it will bring too.What state was that found??
