PI Pro comes through today, Gold & Platinum!

First of all, do not adjust your color. This is green sand from a green sand beach here. Today was beautiful and I was rewarded with a 10k YG mans band,5.5 grams, a 18k and opal earring, 3.4 grams, and a platinum band, 5.3 grams. Has anyone seen one like this? There is a Sapphire mounted "inside" the band... It also says "Sainte Pure PT1000" and a makers mark. Also got a couple of junk earrings, junk pendant, resort room keys, and 33 coins in 4¼ hours of hunting. That takes me to 12 gold for the month of May.

Comes out to $228,900.00 JPY = 1,879.23 USD That must be for both of the rings in that picture.

Wow, great finds. I just read an article in a recent New Scientist magazine about how our mineral supplies on earth appear to be running on empty. But no one truly knows since the mining companies are hush about it. But platinum is one that some believe may be all but gone in 15 years or so, especially if we were to switch to fuel cells with current fuel cell technology. Of course, that can only mean one thing for the price of platinum, I'm guessing.

Are you finding all of these goodies on the beach or in the water?

It's all in the water. Not enough hours in the day for me to do both... Actually, early in the morning the water is flat so I hunt that, and by the time I'm beat up by waves, the crowds have moved in and I don't hunt the beach. I did get a gold floral ring a couple weeks ago on the wet sand right before I got in the water though.
