Got out this afternoon to hunt a wooded area adjacent to a pic-nic/playground area. Managed to pluck a silver Washington that was between a couple pull-tabs and a bottle cap. I had to keep going for it because the Explorer kept giving me that big silver sound with crosshairs in the upper right corner. Also found some wheaties and memorials, a couple clad dimes and a Jeff. nickel. One of the dimes I found on the ground below my rear bumber when I was putting my gear away.

The coins:

Also found some other things, including a beat up toy pistol, a yo-yo, and a couple of button/pendant thingies.

Awwww, somewhere there's a little Matt Dillion feeling vunerable without his toy pistol.

Great finds, thanks for sharing.

Good work. Way to keep listening to your machine. I've always had pretty good luck at those out of the way picnic grounds. Usually mercs are what pop up for me.

Great find!
