hunted 2 days out at Cape Cod and one spot off the Cape
hunted 2 beaches on Sunday
hunted 3 beaches on Monday
I found gold at 3 beaches
5th spot we hit Mon. PM ran into Daryl from Ma.- no gold there - place looked like it had recently been visited
Daryl - Nice guy - talked treasure for a while - he was breaking his cousin into the hobby
hunted about 3 hrs each hunt - tides came in quick on us and shallows held nothing
large 18 k band might have been a recent drop - was down about 6 inches but sand was super soft there
the other 4 yellow gold - were older losses
silver ring - one silver quarter and crusted merc i found on first day first beach
where Whydah got his 14k honker
that little thin silver piece is a merc - it fell thru my scoop about 5 times - glad i had my mask and could finally see it
walker was nice surpise
and USA Continental army Rev War button was biggest surprise
sunglasses are Armani Exchange
.50 cal bullet was another surprise - blew my ears off
wish I could have stayed a few more days
FYI - I live 2 1/2 hrs away from these beaches - (Whydah lives out there)
so its not some place i can run out to every day
