Went over to Eagle County and camped along Homestake Creek last night. The wife's first camping trip of the year. She don't get out til I assure her it will be warm. I am sorry that I predicted it would be 50 overnight and it turned out to be 25. Hey, meterology ain't an exact science, and it could be an inversion caused the jet stream to shift after sundown, or somethin. It does happen, y'all. No snow, but some lakes still iced over above 10,000 ft.
