here is some old post cards from picture rocks it is about 20 min from Williamsport on rt 220. the one card is postmarked 1908 and has the one cent stamp on it and they are signed by James Gorden Sprout Sr.the rock cut one was sent to mrs mary A Phelps Waverly NY and theSchool one was sent to Miss alice O'Conner Rummerfield Pa
