✅ SOLVED Piece of slag, meteorite or plain old rock ??? Help

[Dismal Swampy]

While out exploring my new permission ( abandoned 1900's Seaboard Airline RR freight depot with about a 2acre field) I found this rock (??) It's fairly lightweight
It's not magnetic however when I put my carrot over it on any side the thing goes crazy ( beeping ).
I don't think it's a piece of slag
Any ideas ?

Looks a bit like coal clinker (waste produced from burning coal).
