🔎 UNIDENTIFIED Pieces of a cast iron stove?

These iron pieces, along with several square nails and bricks, were found near where I believe a one-room school house once stood. My first thought is they were part of a stove. What do you think? If from a stove, let me know if you recognize the manufacturer. Other things found in the area include a toasted 1849 LC, Lincoln Logs Lead RR Engineer figure, an S. Kirk & Son sterling silver fork, and what may be a brass needle valve.

It’s hard to say for sure, but I’d bet on cast iron stove also.

smokeythecat, thanks that is 2 votes. Before leaving the property last Wednesday I asked the owner if he'd be open to having an archeological field school done there - and he agreed. With all the metal signals in the area, there are bound to be lots of pottery and other artifacts as well. I reached out to an local Archaeologist I help sometimes and he is taking it into consideration.
