Pinpoint buttons

What machines are out there with pinpoint buttons that don't have to be held in continuously while using pinpoint mode? I know the Fisher F4 is one of them.

Most of the detectors with a trigger switch. Most of the Tesoro's you don't even need a pinpoint mode as it is fast enough response to nail it.
