Pinpointer set up on detector

Does anyone have a pinpointer attached to their machine? Not the Sunray but a Garrett attached? Not wired just attached? Curious to see how you did that

Not here. I'm curious why you would want to do it. It's the first time I've heard of that.

I actually was watching a video and a guy had the Garrett carrot holder velcroed under the etrac are rest and it looked pretty useful. Didn't know if anyone tried that set up.

There are brackets available to mount your pinpointer on most detector shafts. I don't wish to do so since it only increases the amount of weight you will have to swing and can upset the balance of any machine. I like my pinpointer at my side in it's holster or mounted in the built in holster on my Freeloader custom detecting pouch.
