Hi,
My first ring with any value. (14k gold) I'll check with a jeweler but, I think the red stones are garnets and there are three white stones that could be VERY small diamonds. My gut feel is ~$150. If this is true then the Compadre just paid for itself in wifely good will.

Update: jeweler says rubies & diamond chips, ~$125-150
