The weather was cooler but with off
and on rain showers. So, I decided I'd
just bounce around to a few familiar
playgrounds.

With a couple breaks when it got too wet.
The day was pretty fun.

I really like that key you found. Looks to be fairly old. Maybe a furniture key :dontknow:

Cool digs, Whadi, I actually find your rock rather interesting..almost a perfect triangle! I found a teeny little silver bell similar to yours but lost it in back of my truck. Nice day, and yes...LIFE IS GOOD! Ddf.

I always try to remind everyone. There are some finds out there that simply do *not* WANT to be found! I call 'em professional hiders. Those are the ones that when you're trying to look at 'em they literally *jump* out of your hand but that ain't all! After they get loose they *RUN* away and hide themselves! Watch the next time one "drops" out of your hand and you'll see it! ;)

Oh, and the rock? I haven't a clue but I can't recall ever seeing one quite like it before. Two sides are facing one direction. The other one's face points in the opposite direction. :icon_scratch: :dontknow:
Thanks!

Great little key, Gary. Is the barrel hollow? It looks like iron too?

Yeah, Dave, the tube part is hollow. And yeah, definitely iron or steel. Magnetic.

Thanks!

That is a railroad switch key! And a cool one at that. Don't forget that Carolina Tom ID'd that for you.

I knew it wasn't a handcuff key, because... oh, never mind.

Best of luck to you sir!
