✅ SOLVED please help ID metal badge

Ground is frozen hard here in Boston, but thought I might be able to find some softer soil into the woods. Struggled but digged one wheatie and this metal badge. No clue what it is. Only thing I can think about is something boy scout related because it was in the woods. If you know please let me know.
