Hi all. This my first time venturing into the 'bottles and glass' forum. I usually lurk and post in the garage sale and thrift store finds forums. I found this bottle at a thrift store in my town. It measures 6 1/8 inches tall. It appears to be a pale green glass that has been coated in thick black paint. One side has a smiling face, and the other side has an evil looking jester. The punt (is that the correct terminology?) is a little off center and misshapen, so I don't believe this was factory produced. I tried some online research on my own and I did find mention of an individual finding a figural bottle painted black and they determined it was Peruvian in origin, but it was a totally different type of bottle. The only similarity was the black paint. Any help in the form of educated guesses or even outright speculation would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. I apologize in advance for the way my camera washed out the pictures. ImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1456365350.524378.webp

Inca Pisco out of Lima Peru. I have one like that sealed with labels that my brother brought me about 40 years ago when he was in the navy.
