Hi forum, great to be here and to join ! many thanks !

I struggle to identify an item I have. This looks religious Jewish copper or bronze or brass bell.
Impossible to tell due to the patina.
I tried with google image search I had no luck. I have found identical bells but religious Christian in Germany
19th Century. Is it safe to assume that my item is 19 Century but German Jewish?

I don't know what is this Jewish inscription, I tried with online Jewish keyboard but it failed, I don't even know if this is modern or ancient Jewish.
Are these bells common in Jewish houses or synagogues? Are there any Jews in this forum or do you have any Jewish friends who could assist and tell us what that is?
Any help much appreciated !
thanks

At this juncture, I'm leaning more toward bronze than brass, BICBW.

My gut is telling me that the rectangular frame on the side of the bell is significant.

Any more info on where & how it was found may be helpful. Too much information is usually better than not enough.

Can we have a clear photo of the top loop also the ringer or what it looks like inside please.

Thank for the questions guys
some more info:
diam. ~ 7 cm (the round bottom is not exact round, certainly looks hand made
but I can't be 100% sure),
height: 10 cm,
weight 413 gr. The wall thickness is ~ 1,4mm in some areas but in other areas is about 0,09 mm
Internally the wall shows small cavities and is not perfectly flat
Internally some green/brown corrosion rust can be seen.
I took the pictures asked and added few more.
Notice a kind of logo, it's just too much wear there, some letters seem to be there
In the two rectangles there seems to be a human figure, both identical.
Where this comes from ? I am from Greece but family members in the last 100 years
from both parent sides were in the merchant navy traveling the world so this could come
just from anywhere. This item is with the family for ages.

some additional info, a hard puzzle. In google search images, the similar results are Chinese old bells. Two important similarities. A. The 6 parallel horizontal narrow rectangular boxes with large dots in between and
B. The two large vertical Rectangular boxes . I don't want to post Chinese bells that are shown in selling platforms and look very similar (too many of them ) but to get an idea look at the similarities with this bell in the UK, Birmingham, Museum of Art https://www.artsbma.org/collection/bell-7/ . My bell seems not to be Chinese, it has inscriptions that clearly point to Jewish/Semitic characters examples: , פ א ב
