REO made cars with the driver on the right hand side, but the car in the picture name appears to start with a C. Top of radiator.
My Great Grandfather’s REO. Similar.
I'm no expert on this subject, but it could be a St. Louis" model of the Dorris automobile manufactured by the Saint Louis Motor Carriage Company. 1900-1930
There were so many car manufacturers back in that period, over 100. Cars were also pretty much all hand built so there were variations even among many cars that were the same model and year. I'm sure it could be figured out but wouldn't be easy. Most cars were right hand drive, so that doesn't help much. One thing though, it is with 100% certainty, it is not a Model T Ford, or a Ford of any kind. Those, I know! I would hit up one of the brass era car groups on facebook, there's a lot of knowledge there. If you do find out, come back and let us know!
Looking at the head lamps , front suspension & tool box on driver side it looks like a Buick around 1908. Even though many car makers shared similar design. Also the front inside fender support where it mounts to the frame looks the same.
Looking at the radiator on posters photo it looks like Buick with the same K with the line under Buick.
