Looks agatized and probably a petrified log with geodized crystals but I'm no rockhound it just reminds me of things I've seen in the Petrified Forest National Park in Northern Arizona, maybe this reference can give you a direction. Good luck! Cool find!

That’s a beautiful piece! I’m no expert but it kinda looks like some type of blue chalcedony geode, but it could be some sort of fossilized tree!
