Please help me identify these

I found this rock. I'm really not very educated with Rick's and minerals or Crystal's. This rock has pink and white Crystal's covering one whole side about a half inch thick. There are also layers throughout the stone. The stone itself seems to be semi porous and looks like it would break at the layers if I took a chisel to it. Can anyone recognize this stone or these Crystal's. Thanks for your help.

Just a guess,they use crushed granite for railroad ballast and road gravel a lot here and you see that a lot.WE call it SB2 or blue rock in those apps.

Interesting, I've never seen anything like it. I'm always looking for different looking rocks, I guess I thought it was something rare, lol. Guess not. Thanks for your help. Have a good one.

Keep in mind that was a guess based on what I,ve seen.Could still be something else!

Just curious,I don,t know much about that area.Being you found it at a marina,was this rock being used as revetment,to prevent erosion by wave action or some such? If so,that would lend credence to it being a form of granite.Crushed granite is used to line literally miles of the Lower Arkansas River banks to prevent erosion from current and wakes of the barges that ply the River. Tons upon tons.

Actually no it was set aside from the stone driveway. Nowhere near the water. The gravel in the driveway is a different color and much smaller rocks. This one was sitting in the grass off to the side

I don’t get to see igneous or metamorphic rocks where I am so my memory fades but my first impression was maybe a schist (dark) with potassium feldspar ( pink)… I’m in the same boat with crash I’m mostly guessing.
