please help to indentify these stones

please help to identify KIMG0078.webpKIMG0074.webpKIMG0077.webpKIMG0074.webp these stones, i found them in the woods while metal detecting.. i was told they are Indian artifacts from the Indians that used to be here but don't know what they are. please. i would love to know what they are and what was they used for.. thanks

They look like my quartz? ball/jobbie , only round. (same size as yours both together/forgot gauge)
I popped it with a hammer and it looks like a geode inside.

I wouldn't know kewl round ones as such. I just brushed up/out one I thought I had near as and shot a photo of.|
Oh balls. wadia gunna do when nature does stuff?
Silly reply yeah, but material looked as same...as we keep looking.
 
If they are not what Grim Reaper suggested, they could be game stones. I'll try to post a pic of mine, but they're different kind of rock.
 
On the 1st pic if they are milling balls which is highly possible there should be a faint seam going around them. They look water worn so it might be hard to see. My friend had found some and I told him milling balls but later somebody else told him the same then he knew. Sad thing is he traded a nice point for one cause he thought it was a cashe of game balls.
