Hi and thank you in advance for any help and thoughts on this piece. Im trying to see if someone in this forum can find more info on this vintage painting. I keep running into dead ends. I think its a type of reverse glass painting. If you can help find the artist or share thoughts, i very much appreciate it.

I don't know the artist, but this type of reverse painting on glass commonly comes from Senegal, and the surname Lô also originates from that area of Africa.

I wonder if Gora M. Bengue, another Senelgalese artist (1931-1988), emulated the OP's artist or was it, perhaps, the other way around.
