My brother found this 15 or 20 years ago never could figure out what it is.Its made out of stamped brass. Under the design it says COLUMBUS AND THE EGG any help would be appreciated thanks IMG_20140526_183547_066.webpIMG_20140526_183609_255.webp

I found mention of it in an 1893-1894 "ILLUSTRATED CATALOGUE of STAPLE AND FANCY NOTIONS" listed as :

No. 5255. This straight cowhide belt, with the "Ara-
beck" pressing and a "Columbus and the
Egg" buckle per doz., J3 25

No photos though.
