Please help

Ive had this stone a long time and only after last year i started wearing it daily. Im far from an expert and at first i assumed turquoise.. now i think im wrong due to lack of true robin blue and other reasons. I love this stone and its driving me crazy not knowing lol. Please help.
P.s there are several tiny black specks you may not see in picture
